Thank you for alerting us about that. It is quite possible that since this was a brand new model that was still wrapped up until you looked at it then the crisper drawers were not aligned properly and would have had to be aligned properly by whoever was unwrapping the refrigerator when you looked at it. Crisper drawers should be sealed for them to work properly. The refrigerator has a 100% 5-star rating from verified purchasers and there has not been a single complaint about the crisper drawers so we would have to assume that the model you looked at is an aberration. Could you please let us know which Best Buy location you viewed the floor model at so we can contact the Home Appliance manager for that Best Buy location or have our Sales Representative for that location look into this.
