• The Full Convert Drawer provides storage space with a variable temperature control. The temperature modes are preset temperature ranges 41˚F, 37˚F or 29˚F. ^Daphane

• There are four categories to choose from, not exact customization to the degree. One is wine/ frozen drinks, one is deli, one is meat/seafood/, one might be chees not sure
