This unit carries a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty with a period of 1 year coverage from the date of original retail purchase on parts and labor (Internal/functional parts only) and an extended coverage on the Sealed System: 5 years parts & labor (Condenser, Dryer, Connecting Tube and Evaporator), the Compressor: 5 years parts & labor and the Linear/Inverter Compressor: 6-10 years parts only. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I chose the fridge among other things because of the ten yr warranty, but it's not all good. My refrigerator has massive failures. I've needed numerous repairs and honestly, the process has been simple and straightforward. I have called in, told the representative the issue, they send my info to a service provider who calls me for scheduling; They even sent a new flex-drawer insert because the one I received had some aesthetic damage. The issue is my fridge is defective and needs to be replaced. I have needed too many service calls in a short period of time and they are fighting me tooth and nail to replace the defective unit. The repairs are iffy because obviously some repair people are better than others.

We did wait on hold for way to long but the store helped us get connected. The communication has been good with getting it scheduled since then! We did purchase the warranties with all products because they are all “smart technology”. To many computer components for my husband to have to deal with! I hope this helps!
