I had the same issue at first, when the service tech came out he did not see any issue with the lines, when he took off the top rail/plastic piece above the doors and reinstalled it the water started to work , not sure why. Then my freezer would not go below 32. Contact service and have them come out just in case.

It takes 24-48 hours for a newly installed refrigerator to begin making ice. If this is a sudden development, the ice-detecting sensor may be obstructed. Foreign substances or frost on the ice-detecting sensor can interrupt ice production. Another cause may be that your Icemaker shutoff (arm or sensor) is obstructed. If your icemaker is equipped with an ice shutoff arm, make sure that the arm moves freely. If your icemaker is equipped with the electronic ice shutoff sensor, make sure that there is a clear path between the two sensors.
