Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My new LG refrigerator was delivered and installed by the Best Buy service. I highly recommend that unless you are experienced at moving large bulky items through narrow doorways. The two delivery guys brought it into the house in pieces and assemble it in my living room, only a few feet from where it would be finally positioned. They knew how to quickly and correctly assemble all components, a job that would have taken me at least a day and couldn't have done without another person holding a door in place while I attached it, etc. Folks, you are being penny wise and pound foolish if you don't pay the $25 delivery fee and have it done by experienced persons. As for the refrigerator itself it has worked beautifully. The only sound it makes is when the ice maker refills with water. I also have the craft ice maker in the bottom freezer in my LG. The manual says it may take 2 or 3 days before it starts kicking out those nice round ice balls. They aren't kidding. The craft ice is sloooooooooooow. If you are having a party soon start making the ice for it now. It takes forever which is really my only complaint. This warning needs to be in their advertising material if you are wanting the craft ice. It takes forever to produce and can't keep up with just my wife and I using it. We love everything else about the fridge but I don't think I'd buy the craft ice maker again. Just get yourself the handy ice ball makers you find at the store and make your own. You will produced ice balls ten times faster than the craft ice maker.
