You need a good 24 hours before it makes ice. The refrigerator has to get to temp and that means until your freezer is at temp you won’t start making ice.

Try to check if the refrigerator tempt is set at 37 degrees Celsius and 0 for the freezer. If still the same try to adjust the fridge to 35 and -1 for freezer.
