Bought this fridge at a different store, not Best Buy. However, it's been about two years, and we rarely use our ice machine and noticed that it appeared to have a leak. After further investigating, it had frozen over and water was leaking because of the blocked pipes. This was not noticed in time and caused the compressor to fail. If you purchase this fridge, it does have a great warranty. It might be difficult to find a repairman that works with LG, but not impossible. I'd keep the icemaker feature off or just keep an eye on it. Maybe not ever use the "express" feature on the ice production... not sure exactly how to resolve this design flaw. Good luck! Keep in mind, the more bells and whistles, the more costly and technical the repairs will be, and fewer knowledgeable repairman available to do the repairs.
