When we first installed our water filter, we got water coming out the door so we thought it was working fine. Then I found out that the filter was dry(not installed properly). I read in the manual that it can be bypassed. So I guessed if the water filter is not installed you can still get water on the door. I reinstalled the water filter because we do need to use it. All is working fine now.
