Please try again later.If you know you have a water line connected to the fridge, make sure it's not a simple matter of them having left the valve closed at the wall behind the fridge (or from your sink) where the water line comes from. Next, it's possible that there's air in the line and you need to run the dispenser for a good number of seconds before water reaches the dispenser. If it's neither of these simple fixes (and you know for sure there's water available for the fridge) then I'd call tech support.
