I had the same problem during setup. I went to the uninstall a program within my computer's settings and clicked the on-screen control and clicked "Repair" and it worked after that. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your monitor cable (unlikely issue but some don't have the bandwidth to push 2 displays at once). The HDMI that comes in the box it does so try to use that one. Adapter cables can interfere as well. Check your laptop specs - can it support 3 monitors or just 2 (laptop screen and one external)? The split screen controls work fine if your machine can support and is set up to use 2 or more external monitors. Last - if all that's ok did you download the most recent driver? You can also try un-installing the old driver and re-installing from the website. Hope that helps you.
