Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Right? I commented about that in my review. Apparently the screen opens up fully for gaming, but not videos and basic laptop functions. I didn't understand that when the instore staff tried to explain it to me. After all, why would they do that by design?! Going to try to get a better answer or trouble shoot instore or over the phone. There's got to be a way-
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are adding it as an "additional monitor" via the "Extend Screens" setting and not as a "duplicate screen" (Duplicate these displays). This option can be found in the display settings.
