Thank you for your inquiry. You didn't mention on which product the drawer that you're having problems with is on! The product being referenced here is the LG Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal with a Storage Drawer, Model # WDP5V, but in this case, it really doesn't matter since almost every drawer in your house, be it in your kitchen or in your bedroom or garage opens in the same way! Pull the drawer out until it stops, lift the front up, and pull it out all the way!...IFV
