“I just bought this sound bar and LG 55 inch oledcx tv. The tv is on its stand and if you place the sound bar in front of it it blocks the TVs remote from working. The Best Buy guy told me it would work. Any ideas other than mounting?”

I took a board and painted it black and put under the TV the sound bar covered the board unless you get up and look for it. so far no one but us has seen the board.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should not be an issue since tv and sound bar can work off of tv remote and sound bar is not taller than base of TV. Trying putting something below tv stand to make taller and determine if that is actual problem. Hope that helps. Also, I connected my sound bar to my LG with HDMI cord through ARC connection which gave better sound quality and volume control with TV remote. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My TV was mounted on wall and sound bar is on a shelf underneath TV. I have no problems with the remotes. Call BestBuy and have them come to your home. Not certain if you have the Geek Squad Plan. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.
