Yes and No. The sound bar has arc capabilities. Make sure the arc or eArc port is connect to the speaker and other end to the TV. This allows all audio incoming to the TV to pass through to the speaker. No pass through option needed. However, Xbox WILL have a delay, and after some research, this is normal if you are running 4K at 120hz using Dolby Atmos. Heck even without 4K 120hz I got a delay. Apparently the Xbox can’t process that much info fast enough. Nothing wrong with your TV or speaker. Just gotta run audio at the defaulted bitstream, no Dolby Atmos. Make sure your chromcast HDMI cable is the highest 2.1 quality, and make sure it IS NOT plugged into ARC as you want to preserve that spot for the speaker. No pass through should be needed. But if you have to, turn it on.
