I had this problem for a couple days. I decided to reset everything and it's been about 3 months and the problem is gone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe this is a function of Sound Pro attempting to mimic the sound of the environment in which sound is being produced in the show or movie. We noticed this on a show watched on a Roku and steaming service. When people spoke in a hallway it sounded like it was Ampitheater setting and when they were in a loft or house it dulled it down almost like we were in the room or confined space with them. Turning off Sound Pro solved what I think you are describing for us. Cinema without Sound Pro has been the most successful for our environment.
