“I am getting very low volume from the subwoofer. I have the bass on 5 but still no volume. I have the bar connected opticly to a Sony Bravia old tv. The bar works fine and the subwoofer has a solid green light on the back”

• if you can try turning off the speakers on t.v. and activate sound system if possible
