“Simple question.....why can I not pull up a user guide to tell me how to work the different features. I got the manaul I didn't need to plug it up, but I was wanting to reference something on all the different operations. It is nowhere 2 b found.”

You have to download user guide from the website to get the full user guide. You have to use the remote and hit function (F) for different operations.
