“After plugging everything in no sound comes from the sound bar. It’s as if a mute button has been pressed. If I turn the sound bar off sound immediately emits from the tv speakers. I’ve double checked all the connections.”

• Sounds like the TV is not configured properly. My LG tv is using HDMI ARC mode. Be sure the HDMI cable from the TV to the sound bar is plugged into the HDMI ARC connection. Mine has 3 HDMI ports and only one is labeled as HDMI ARC.
