• I don't understand that. I would unplug everything. Plug the sound bar back in. Turn it on. Plug the sub-woofer into an electrical outlet and it should pair immediately.

• The subwoofer should connect to the soundbar without any issues. I would just turn on and off the speaker and subwoofer and see if it sync
