Both the LG SPK8-S 2.0 Channel Sound Bar Wireless Rear Speaker Kit and the LG SL6Y 3.1 Channel 420W Sound Bar w/DTS Virtual X & High Resolution Audio are Class II Bluetooth devices and all Bluetooth Class II devices have a range of 33 feet (10 m). However, that range might be less in actuality due to objects and devices around the units that may attenuate the Bluetooth signal...^IFV
