Use both options with your tv, Bluetooth and optic. Go to your tv settings and connect a Bluetooth device (soundbar) .When watching netflix just switch the SB to Bluetooth.

Reset the Soundbar and Subwoofer: Unplug the soundbar, press and hold the reset button on the back of the subwoofer for 10 seconds, release the button, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug the soundbar back in. 2. Check for Interference: Ensure that the subwoofer is not located too close to the router or other devices like Wi-Fi modems that can cause signal interference. Moving the subwoofer away from these sources might improve the connection. 3. Audio Settings: Make sure the audio settings on your TV are compatible with the sound bar. Check that the TV's output mode has the internal speakers turned off and that the Sound Out mode is set to the type of connection you are using.
