This model has a WF (Water Factor) of 3.3 - which means it uses only uses 3.3 gallons of water per cubic foot of laundry. To put this into perspective for you, the lowest number I have seen is WF 2.8, and the highest is WF 4.5 (referring to the new efficient washers that are currently on the market.)
