“How big is the chilled water reservoir? I've heard complaints that the reservoir is very small and after one or two cups you get room temperature water. Can you specify exactly how many cups/ounces I could expect to get chilled, please? (Family of five who don't always want ice in our water).”

That is not true at all, in my experience. I have been filling my blender full of water, and it's cold. The ice maker and water in the door are wonderful, in our experience. The crushed ice feature is the best I've seen.
