Check to make sure that the LG - 30" Built-In Electric Cooktop, Model # LCE3010SB is plugged into its own dedicated outlet and that it is not sharing that outlet or circuit with any other device. You may need to have an electrician check that for you...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Keep your finger for a few seconds on the main power switch on/off selection to turn on or off appliance. Then, select the burner on/off switch that you want to use, it will come on with full power selection... To select level of heat you need, press the number on the main power selection and voila... This is the way it has been working for us so far. We have been using appliance for less than one month.
