Thank you for your interest in the LG Wall Oven (WCEP6423D) model. The change in finish to Black Stainless on the LG WCEP6423D wall oven removed the sous vide function. This is because the Black Stainless model comes with an air fry feature instead of the sous vide function. The Black Stainless model offers a 1.7 cu. ft. convection microwave and a 4.7 cu. ft. oven, along with an air fryer mode, which is not available in the other finishes.
