• Hi kiwi9217. LG's webOS is an operating system for our TVs so there is no way that the webOS TV platform for the LG 32" Class LED HD Smart webOS TV, Model # 32LQ630BPUA would interfere with a regular Dish Network signal. This TV does not have a feature that allows you to turn the screen off while listening to music...^Ivan

• Don't know about the dish signal. Never try to turn off the screen to listen to music.
