If you have spectrum you can not. They’re ways to do it. You have to call your cable company and verify what brands work with there specific services. Most services have there own app then it allows you all your content.

You will need to contact them to ask if you can receive those channels without the Set-Top box. The LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM620BPUA has a built-in QAM tuner. QAM stands for "quadrature amplitude modulation," the format used by cable television providers to encode and transmit digital channels. In cable systems, a QAM tuner is used similarly to an ATSC tuner, which is required to get over-the-air (OTA) digital channels when using an antenna. An integrated or external QAM tuner lets you get digital cable signals on your TV and allows your TV to tune into the unscrambled signals from local TV stations and receive digital broadcast channels. A QAM tuner does not replace the services of a cable box, as it will only tune in to channels that are unscrambled; other scrambled (or encrypted) digital cable channels require a cable subscription and a cable box. If you have a cable box and subscription, you don’t need a QAM tuner. There is an F-Type 75-Ohm Coaxial connector on the back of the TV labeled "Antenna/Cable In" that you can connect the coaxial cable that would connect to your cable Set-Top Box...^IFV
