Yes as long as your phone can hotspot

Some Hotspots on mobile devices are not compatible with Smart TVs. The TV may detect the Hotspot connection, but you may not be able to actually connect to it to stream.You should contact Verizon for more detail on your mobile data and inquire about the rates and if it will support a TV. If it does support Smart TVs, you should be able to connect the TV to your mobile hotspot, it is the same as if you are connecting your smart tv to Wi-Fi wirelessly, all you have to do select the mobile hotspot network while connected to Wi-Fi and select the mobile hotspot network...^IFV
