“A LG HTML manual that appears to cover many models shows that backlight level & color temperature are user adjustable. A BB employee was not able to find out how to perform these adjustments so concluded they are not. Is this really the case?”

• Backlight and Color Temperature settings in the LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM620BPUA can be found in the Picture Mode Settings. Press Settings > Advanced Settings > Picture > Picture Mode Settings then scroll down to each to adjust the settings to your preference...^IFV
