• You should be able to connect the LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM620BPUA to your MacBook Pro 2014 as a second monitor. Check the Display settings in your MacBook Air to set the TV up as a second monitor. The ability to close your MacBook at the same time while using the TV as your screen is also dependent on your MacBook's capabilities...^IFV
