“i heard LG products only be repaired by LG tech. is that true? i want to buy LG 32" 720p smart tv... ALSO, THIS TV DOES not COME W/HDMI CABLE. i m not tech saavy, there r too many choices.. which is best? 6 '? recommend one? ALS0, only 3 PORTALS?”

I bought this tv for my daughter & she loves it. I did have to buy a HDMI cable. And yes, there are 3 portals.

Please try again later.If any LG product is within the Limited Manufacturer's Warranty, it is highly recommended that you have it repaired by a qualified LG Authorized Service technician or an LG Authorized Service Center so your warranty is not voided.Repairs done on LG products by anyone other than a qualified LG Authorized Service technician or an LG Authorized Service Center are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty and if they are repaired after the manufacturers warranty has expired by anyone other than a qualified LG Authorized Service technician or an LG Authorized Service Center, LG will not accept the unit for repairs. This is true of any other manufacturer. HDMI cables are not supplied with the LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM620BPUA or with any of our other TVs. They have to be purchased separately. This TV has 3 HDMI inputs and 2 x USB ports. You would be best served by having a Best Buy Sales Associate qualify you on which is the best TV. They will ask you questions on how you want to use the TV and recommend one based on which one best suits your needs...^IFV
