back of tv ,bolt size for wall mount null

I ended up using some M4x12s that came with the old TV (they had supplied about every mounting bolt option available). I had to use washers with my mount as the M4 head was about the same size as the slots in my mounting arms. Really my only gripe with the tv is the 100x100 mount and the smaller than standard screws (should be at least M6) and my old 32" tv was 400x400 with M8 bolts.
