“Annoying voice - how to stop it. Have tried Audio Guidance which only allows for Speed, Volume & Pitch variations - not on and off, as with Closed Caption. Please help me turn this voice off.”

• I was able to turn off the annoying voice by going through the settings menu and finding the voice controller and turning it off.

• To use/deactivate Audio Guidance Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guidance When the Audio Guidance is set to On, the TV will announce its current status (Channel, Volume) by voice. ^CP
