One of the reasons I purchased this monitor was to curate and manage photos. It's advertised to be to provide 95% color accuracy, and it is much better than previous monitors I've used. But those were FHD monitors and this is UHD. I haven't compared it against any of the monitors that advertise higher accuracy, but all of those were at least $100 more, which was another consideration for me. It's good enough for me, but I'm sure there are better.

Contrary to another response, I'm not sure there would be a better monitor out there at this price point. I tried a Samsung U32J590UQN and the LG is, in my opinion, far superior. I would like to pick up an LG 4K 144Hz monitor, but that price point is still a bit up there. I will probably purchase a second LG 32UL500-W when they become available.
