- Answer No they can not be set up to open both doors at the same time. Each door opens independently and both doors can remain open at the same time by opening either the top refrigerator and then bottom freezer shortly thereafter.

- Answer During the defrost cycle, condensate is directed to a pan from which it evaporates. Check for things like the drain hole being plugged or iced over, or the drain tube being disloged.
