• No. The AC unit doesn’t come with the AC shelve needed to hold it through the wall. The AC shelve has to be bought separately.

• No! I just bought 2 units, scheduled the installation and when the guy opened the box, he said I needed to purchase the sleeves separately. Now I’m on hold with BestBuy to order them!
