Great air conditioner for a great price! Keeps our downstairs super cool and it’s not very loud. Trying to convince “some-else” into get one for upstairs!

Great machine and I already had any problems out of it! Cools room efficiently and keeps my room cool during the hottest summer! Also it’s low noise is a big plus and doesn’t disturb me while watching TV or studying! Definitely does the job fully!

I replaced my 16 year old Whirlpool AC, The LG Thru wall AC came with a variety of weather seals, and a good installation instruction (which was a little confusion, but I managed)

It’s an ok AC, I have the AC on at Max setting sometimes and I still feel it ain’t cold enough

Overall this A/C has been amazing which is why I feel it deserves 5 stars. It was easy to put into the wall, cools my room within just a few minutes, and the remote makes it very convenient. I would highly suggest getting this A/C. I also would like to say I barely if ever make a review but I was very pleased with my purchase and felt this was the least I could say for it.

Just a tad bid noisey but hey it's an a/c takes a while to cool down the bedroom but it works pretty well

I have a small room and it cools it pretty fast. Instalation is easy. Pretty noisy, but I dont mind noise. May bother others

Purchased these two A/C’s for my apartment and I love how both turned on to the energy saver setting with doors open can cool down my entire place! Definitely on the bulkier side but it was a perfect fit for the wall sleeve and I was able to install it pretty easily with some help.

Works great!! The only problem was with Best Buy’s website said it came with the insert sleeve for the wall and it doesn’t. Spent 2 hours with 5 different departments and they kept telling me it does say it comes with it and to return it and order a new one and see if it comes with it and that’s a no thank you for me. I even went to the store and they never seen this happen before. They found out it says both, it comes with it and it doesn’t come with it, one in the description and the other in the specifications. No one can figure it out and so sad. Please read everything on the item listed on Best Buy’s website before you make any decisions. Even the manufacturer says it doesn’t come with the sleeve.

I am very happy with the performance of the LG 8000 BTU thru the wall AC. It fit in the wall sleeve with minimal padding. Very quiet AC operation. Only hear a low hum even if fan is on 3.

I never needed to purchase a wall ac before so I'm assuming that's why they are so expensive. But aside from that my wife and I absolutely loved it bought it for a room and living in the same apartment for about 3 years and finally bit the bullet. AC has an energy saving mode a pretty decent fan and a "dry" mode. When in dry mode, the AC will cool the room down to whatever temperature you select and shut off when the room reaches that desire temperature when the room goes up five or six degrees in temperature it will kick back on corn the room back down to the desired temp. The only thing that I dislike for some reason when we have the AC in dry mode it'll run get to the desired temperature and shut off and then after a couple minutes turn back on for literally 30 seconds and turn back off again not sure what that's about but I'm not too worried about it. All in all like this AC

Happy with my new A/C , it gets my whole apartment cold right away. Had some issues before I received the right one first AC was too big , 2nd one was dented had to return all of them and finally they sent me the right one. It works great, hope it lasts for a long time because it’s not cheap.

I found the product to be easy to use. I like that it is compact yet keeps the rooms cool.

I've never owned a LG product before however I'm really pleased with this AC, well worth the money, it cools the room quick and after you turn it off the room stays cool for quite awhile, I recommend it

Fairly straight forward install, comes with all sorts of additional insulation so you don't need to buy more. Comes with remote and batteries.

Works great after 1 year too.I liked the timer. Remote control needs to be more better materials.
