Yes, but you may get a reduced screen size. The formatting of the iPad doesn’t always translate to full screen. You may be able to make it work with some research and tinkering.

You could probably use an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter - Lightning to HDMI adapter to connect via HDMI.
