Yes you can. I have my pc and Xbox one plugged into the monitor and it work amazingly ! I would say to go into the monitor settings and turn on V-sync to make sure it runs at the right frame rate for both the computer and Xbox. Keep in mind the monitor doesn’t come with built in speakers only downside I found.

Yes it has 2 HDMI port. I have 1 HDMI hooked up to laptop and other HDMI hooked up to firestick has no speakers so you need some kind of speakers or use headphones.
