“I just got this monitor and I tried to connect it to my HP desktop. My desktop does not have HDMI output so I used PC Port to HDMI adapter but it does not work as it cannot establish connection. Any recommendations?”

If you have a DVI monitor output, you can get a DVI to HDMI adapter. That is what I had to do. It works fine.
