• Hi Steve. Are you using the AC/DC Adapter that came as an included accessory with the LG 34WL500-B 34 Inch 21:9 UltraWide™ 1080p Full HD IPS Monitor with HDR? The monitor has a DC Input voltage rating of 19V, 2.0A and the AC/DC Adapter for it has an input voltage of 100 - 240V ~ 50/60Hz and outputs a DC voltage of 19V, 2.1A. YOu may need to have the outlet that you have the monitor plugged into. Common household voltage for the U.S, is 120V @ 60Hz which is commonly referred to as 110V, but could also be 115V, or 117V due to line drops depending on how far from the power transformer or power station you are...^IFV
