“The soundbar sometimes starts to do a weird ring or "beep"? Did I conncet something wrong I use the optical cable only am I supposed to connect the HDMI as well?”

• Without hearing your sound I can't be confident. That said, I only know my TV has an option to make a sound when it is powered on. I recommend looking at the setup options for an option.
