The LG 4.1-Channel Hi-Res Soundbar Surround System with Wireless Surround Sound Speakers, Model # SJ4R has an HDMI In that can be used to connect it to a TV or other external device that features an HDMI Out whose audio you want to play through the Sound bar, just as you would with an audio receiver. It also has an Optical Digital Audio In that can also be connected to the Optical Digital Audio Out on a TV or other device that you want to stream music from through the Soundbar. The Portable IN (3.5mm) on the Soundbar can be connected to the headphone jack (aka 3.5mm port) of portable devices so you can output audio from them through the Soundbar. A Wall Mount Bracket is supplied for mounting the Soundbar on a wall under your TV. The rear speakers can also be wall mounted if you prefer to wall them but you will need to purchase hooks to mount them on a wall...^IFV
