• Yes, I have a Insignia TV and works. But my TV doesn't have an optical audio port, but can connect sound bar through specially labelled HDMI "ARC" port (a universal standard for 2-way audio transfer, basically same as optical port but uses one of TVs HDMI ports). You can also connect through 3.5mm analog cable.
