This LG sound bar paired with the LG 4k ultra tv has an amazing sound. One bar fills the entire room and we feel like we are in the stadium when watching football!!

I did a lot of reviewing on the line of the LG sound bars to pair with my LG TV and some of the options available on this one were only an after thought, such as the WiFi music flow. The main reason I chose this one was the size can accommodate large TVs such as mine at 55 inches. The sound bar is even in length for this size of TV. The sound is amazing during video, YouTube, Spotify however the one only draw back is when paired with the WiFi, the sound is not as loud as it is with the video but I think it is because I may have settings not adjusted correctly. It has deep rich base via the wireless subwoofer which is amazing loud!!!! I had the Yamaha system and this is way better love it. If you see this system on sale definitely get it

The speaker sounds great and works well with my TV. Google cast functionality is nice. However, the alarm clock never works and the app is at best a work in progress. This could become a real challenge to Sonos if LG could actually get every advertised feature to actually reliably work. Until then the sound bar is cost effective enough to be worth it but the rest of the ecosystem is a wait and see for me.

First - make sure you download the software and read the user manual - this will save you a huge headache. This thing is pretty cool. It has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth. Connecting other Music Flow speakers is easy once you download the free software. I ended up buying two more Music Flow speakers for rear left and right use. I can stream music from my iPhone without having to get out of bed to turn the unit on (it has auto power on) in the morning. Sound for movies, music, and TV is impressive. I ditched a 15-year-old Bose system for this. I really like the wireless connectivity. The smaller speakers can be placed in any room... so I take them into the garage, on my patio, and in my shop to listen to music. Very handy.

Easy set up. Wish I had a newer LG television to use all technology that comes with it. Works great with optical cable. Turns offs when I turn off television. Love the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities that I can use to cast my music apps.

Set mine up with optical audio out from the TV (Sony 4K) into the soundbar. Super easy to use. Only issue that nobody can help me with is a lip sync issue, and I have the opposite problem as most people - the audio lags behind the video. There is no setting to correct that issue. There is a delay setting for the audio on the sound bar, but that doesn't resolve my issue. Switched the set up to source HDMI into the soundbar and then HDMI out to the TV and that has resolved the lip sync issue but there is only one HDMI input on the sound bar. In the end, it had fantastic sound and I love the wireless sub, but maybe don't throw away the box until you really make sure it works to your satisfaction.

We went to Best Buy to research soundbars because our Tv speakers were very poor. The salesman was very patient and professional and showed us different soundbars in different price ranges. When we heard the LG soundbar we were sold. The sound was great and had options to adjust the sound to make it even better. It was easy to hook up to our TV and easy to use. Then it went on sale and that was the icing on the cake.

I like the sound bar great sound and when you can keep the other speakers connected it really sound good. However the music flow app could use some work as well as the firmware on the sound bar. Let me tell it what function I want to use not the other way around

I was looking for a sound bar to go with the purchase of a new 4K TV. After some research, I settled on this LG model. I was a little nervous at first because the Best Buy location in my area did not have this model hooked up to preview. However, I had read a lot of positive reviews and I felt like you couldn't beat the price ($247 on the day after Christmas) for a great brand 4.1 channel sound bar. I brought it up and the sound is great. It definitely enhances the whole "home theater experience". There were a couple other models that I thought sounded a little better for action movie sequences. However, those models seemed to wash out the vocals when I was just standing a few feet a way. This model handle vocals quite well.

I really like this unit. Using the supplied optical cable, sound is right on synch with the tv and will spoil you rotten. The unit can take over your tv volume and enable you to only need one remote and not control two different volumes. You can use it alone as the primary sound or have it supplement your tv speakers. Easy to connect to Bluetooth and you wifi network. A little confusing for us older folk to use the iPhone app but you get the hang of it after awhile. Again, great unit. I plan to add satellite speakers to take full advantage of this unit's capabilities but I must say, they are pretty expensive. So, not sure if I needed the full 4.1 when the 2.1 might get me the same results if I don't add the satellites.

Sounds amazing. It is user friendly and works as it should. This is the best sound bar I have ever owned and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve on the sound from the TV alone. Also I am able to play all my favorite music from my phone with its solid blue tooth connectivity. Five stars!

System has major volume but I seem to lose voices. Seems to sound the best in cinema mode. not sure I will oder more Flow speakers but being able to play thru bluetooth is great.

This is a great soundbar. A lot of different customizable choices. You can sync your phone with Bluetooth for easy access to your own music. I would recommend this for a decent price point. I only wish it was black to match my tv and tv stand.

Researched for days and given as a gift, my husband and I could not find anything better than this sound bar. Television/movie sound is awesome and playing music for parties is outstanding. You can not beat the price for such quality.

Purchased this sounds bar and woofer set as a Christmas gift to myself. Also got 2 H1 speakers to take advantage of wireless surround option available. The sound bar itself is sleek and attractive, sound is decent and realistically easy to set up. However, the software on it is still a little buggy. SB is paired to my TV through my TV's HDMI ARC port, since my Insignia TV doesn't have an optical output. SB has troubles when identifying source and often switches mode, requiring user to manually re-select audio source. The wireless surround sound feature offered thru the LG app works fairly well, once setup on 5 Ghz WiFi network. On the 2.4Ghz WiFi network, sound on rear speakers constantly dropped out. The built in Google Cast feature works well, consistent stream from any castable source without the need of a dongle. Overall, I would recommend if looking for versitile speakers, and willing to wait out the bugs and superior surround sound is not on your list of must-haves.

SoundBar has cinema sound quality without a doubt. Subwoofer is POWERFUL. I'm impressed with the features when paired or used with an LG TV. Optical Audio is great. Even wireless Sound Sync sounded amazing.

Great sound gives much more output a must for a better experience watching movies. With a click of a button you can play music through the Bluetooth feature.

Easy setup - just plugged everything in and fired it up. Highs are clear but can be a bit shrill depending on the source. Mids sound clear and strong. Bass is very boomy but can be dialed back. Music sounds great through Bluetooth or network streaming. Tv is the weakest application, but streaming services come through sounding really good. The companion app unlocks additional settings that take care of some minor annoyances so be sure to take a look if things like the always on display get on your nerves.

I love the sound quality of this sound bar. It really has changed the way I hear my TV. I do notice that every now and again there are volumn spikes. Not all the time or at a regular interval. I cant say for sure its not my TV or the sound bar. They are both LG products. I am still by far completely satisfied with my purchase. Another reason for my purchase is for ability to connect with the other LG speakers. To be purchased in the future. I enjoy the theater sound quality and so does my family.

I got this one as a clearance in my local Best Buy and I gotta say it was totally worth it! Very good sound quality and the amount of bass is more than enough in my small living room.
