  • QuestionDoes it need to have a catch drain tray? If yes, what is the size of the catch drain?

    Asked by KL.

    • Answer Using a drain pan with the LG 4.1 cu. Ft. Top Load Washer with 4-Way Agitator® and TurboDrum™ Technolog, Model # WT6105CW, is not a requirement. It is at your discretion. There is not enough space to install a drain pan under the washer so you will need a drain pan that the washer can sit in. You can use the width and depth measurements (27" x 28 3/8") to find a suitable drain pan that the washer can sit in...^Ivan.

    Asked by Thomas.

    • Answer The 28 3/8" depth for the LG 4.1 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with TurboDrum™ Technology - White, Model # WT6105CW is from the part that protrudes the most in the back of the washer to the part that protrudes the most on the front. • QuestionnullMy Washing Machine started making a roaring sound during the spin cycle, and after continued use a couple of times, it just stopped working. It won't even come on. It is just about two years old. What needs to be done?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your LG WT6105CM Top Load Washer. We understand your situation and are here to help you get to the bottom of it. When you first experienced a roaring sound during the spin cycle, it might have been caused by an unbalanced load or possibly an item interfering with the drum’s rotation. We suggest checking that the washer is level and that the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. If you haven’t already, please press the [Pause] button during the spin cycle to redistribute the load and see if the noise subsides. Asked by boy.

    • Answer Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the LG WT6105CM washer can be connected to a cold water faucet. However, keep in mind that this washer is designed for both hot and cold water connections to ensure proper cycle performance. If you only connect it to a cold water supply, some cycles that require warm or hot water may not function as intended. • QuestionCan anyone tell me how high the water level is if you use the "maximum" amount to fill the tub?

    Asked by Aruba65.

    • Answer Thank you for reaching us regarding LG Washer. To increase the water level in your LG WT6105CW washing machine: 1. Press and hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds before starting a cycle to use the maximum amount of water. 2. Select the Normal cycle with the Water Plus option to add more water. You can also pause the cycle and select Water Plus to add more water if needed. However, if the washer is already at its maximum capacity, this option won't work. 3. The Water Plus option fills the washer up to a certain point, based on the load size. If you have a large or heavily soiled load, you may need to select this option. 4. Some LG models have an Extra Water feature that allows you to use more water for heavily soiled or bulky loads.
