Had a similar problem when we got the machine. we had to upgrade the drain standpipe to a 1.5in ID and increase the height because a flow restriction was not allowing the pump to fully clear water from the machine. The manual talks about a pump filter that can get clogged or restricted as well. might be worth a look, hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This machine is a ventless drying system, which is essentially “evaporating” the water from your wet clothing. You may find water in your machine after you do a wash/dry cycle because of that reason, especially if the machine is filled past the “dryer full line” or if you are choosing a shorter dry cycle with a higher temp. Also, make sure you are cleaning the rubber gasket & vent opening within the door jam after each wash, I find this helps. When in doubt, check the drain hose & lint trap at the bottom, left corner of the machine, they maybe clogged/full & your tub isn’t able to drain as effectively.
