Yes, I use either wool or plastic balls
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The truth is that I haven't tried them mostly cause I am not a fan of them, you could research it or go in and ask them about it. I will say this: I do love the machine and the clothes do get nice and dry after the cycle is done! It does take a bit longer then a normal washer and dryer, but you don't have to take the clothes to dry them and that is a huge benefit for me!
