“my clothes aren't clean Hi I changed to this washer, from an old front loading Maytag Neptune Set. I find that my clothes ( I am a pastry chef) aren't that clean. There will still be some things faintly on the clothing that any other time would be completely gone. Any suggestions?”

To be honest with you, there isn't much you can do about this. These washers are garbage. I know, I also own a set. The only thing you can do is to add additional water, and more soap. So much for being high efficient.

And maybe you can use other options available for cleaning, instead of the option that automatically occurs if you do not manually change the settings at the beginning. Our clothes are SO very clean that I am so surprised you have had problems.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you pre-treating? I find that this is key. I have a puppy and my husband and I are both in the military so we have a lot of dirty clothes. Also adding another soak cycle may help.

I would suggest the "Heavy Duty" cycle for heavly soiled cotton fabrics or the "Bright Whites™" cycle for white fabrics. Also definitely use the "Soak" feature with your favorite soaking agent (stain remover - I unfortunately can't make any brand recommendations here, but I'm sure you know a good one already) it helps removes stains by adding a soak time before the end of the cycle. The cycle time will increase by 30 minutes. The agitation of the washer will be weaker during a Soak cycle.
