No way! I would definitely check and see what settings were entered. Even the standard setting our delivery professionals arranged do not take that long. If you cannot figure out the settings, I would call the business and ask this question because that length of time is just not right.. Our machine is so much faster and clothes are so much cleaner that we are thrilled.

This is the same time my front load high efficiency washer, that I replaced, took to do a load. High Efficiency means less water, more time in my experience. My clothes are clean, I am happy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can set it for less time, I set mine for 40 to 60 minuets unless I have a heavy or more soiled clothes to wash, then I use the preset times.

I wrote a review about my issues, but I have found it takes hours to do a load of laundry because it is constantly unbalanced and drains and tries to re-balance repeatedly!
